Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Williamston House, Windsor House , The Landings of Albemarle, & Edenton House a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Williamston, NC. This unique opportunity involves traveling to various locations in Eastern North Carolina , including Windsor , Hertford, Edenton .

(Ideal Candidate would be able to support four campuses and have outpatient experience)

Setting: Senior Living

Schedule: Monday-Friday- No weekends!

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited speech therapy curriculum
• Certification in Speech Therapy and valid NC to practice
