As a Full Time Customer Service Representative on the Intake Team at HME Specialists in Albuquerque, your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming orders from referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers through various channels including fax, email, and portals. You will be tasked with processing these orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of durable medical equipment (DME) products. Your role will also involve verifying customer information and insurance details for proper billing, while coordinating closely with warehouse and shipping departments to track and expedite orders. Additionally, you will resolve any customer issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Collaboration with case managers, provider staff, and physicians will be essential to ensure necessary documentation is received, fostering a seamless customer experience across all departments.
