Job Description
Major Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, C#, and other related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and support all deployed software, resolving issues and errors and improving performance and security as needed in a timely manner.
- Using appropriate technology capabilities, designs, writes, tests, debugs and documents new and modified processes.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Adhere to and enforce all company standards related to software development including security, performance, and resiliency standards.
- Contribute to and promote the continuous improvement of all software development practices. Engage in continuous improvement of ones own skill set, both technical and non-technical.
- Maintain an understanding of software development industry trends and best practices and promote their introduction to the company as applicable.
- Consult with all software system stakeholders to provide any necessary technical expertise and analysis.
- Develop a solid understanding of the company business domain and apply this understanding to all software development activities.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and governmental regulatory mandates.
Minimum Job Requirements Education
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field.
Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience in software development.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Knowledge of software development life cycle protocols.
- Proven experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET Core.
- Proficiency in C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 Annual
The actual salary will vary based on applicants location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
