OVERVIEW This position shall provide administrative support to a team of Developers, Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Designers, and Graphic Artists developing e-Learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe. DUTIES - Perform quality assurance and quality control reviews of documents and deliverables
- Remediate non-Section 508 compliant aspects of documents and deliverables
- Format MS Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets in accordance with specifications
- Store and maintain documents on the team's SharePoint site
- Review documents and deliverables for spelling, grammar, and consistency
- Perform other duties as directed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in related field or 3-5 years equivalent experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint
- Proficient with various webinar platforms (i.e. Web-Ex)
- Proficient in formatting MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and PDF documents for Section 508 compliance a plus
- Experience as a document specialist or other related role is preferred
- Federal contracting experience is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional and ethical working relationships
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
