Job Title: - RC RN Medical/Surgical(Med Surg) - Tele

Job Location: Wildomar, CA

Job Duration: 3 Months+ contract (Possibilities of Extension)

Shift: Nights 7 pm - 7:30 am

Pay range: $50 - $63/hr. on W2

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, telemetry readings, and other clinical indicators to detect any changes in condition

Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans based on patients' medical and surgical needs, ensuring timely interventions and appropriate care delivery.

Continuously monitor patients on telemetry, identifying abnormal heart rhythms or other critical changes and responding swiftly to alarms and emergencies.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely, including intravenous medications, pain management, and oral drugs, while monitoring for potential side effects

Work closely with the healthcare team, including physicians and other nurses, to coordinate patient care, share information, and ensure optimal outcomes

Educate patients and families on their medical conditions, treatment options, and necessary lifestyle changes, offering emotional support throughout their hospital stay.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, interventions, and patient responses, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
