Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) SNF Contract Medadventures is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a contract position at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to support patient rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid State SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
