Job Details
The ideal candidates would have at least two years of experience working as a Business Law or Corporate Associate and should be a licensed Indiana attorney in good standing. Candidates should have superior analytical, writing and communication skills, as well as be able to multi-task and be capable of working under pressure.
The business transactions candidate will have the opportunity to work on challenging and significant merger and acquisition assignments as well as general business work.
