Job Title: Human Resource Manager - 100% onsite

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources within a manufacturing environment, a proven track record of long tenure in previous roles, and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. This role is critical in ensuring the effective management of our HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and other perks.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff and management on complex HR issues.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of long tenure in previous roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.


You Will Receive:

Competitive salary and benefits package depending on experience $100K-135K, PTO, Holiday pay.
