Swoon is partnered with a leading distributor of commercial and industrial filtration products that is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Chicago West Suburbs Territory! We are looking for a determined sales expert with a HUNTER mentality. This is a full-time, direct hire position with flexibility to create your own schedule!
Territory Sales Manager Position (Chicago West Suburbs)
Location: Des Plaines in-office 2x per week, on the road 3x per week.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 base (OTE for 1st year $100,000 - $120,000)
Responsibilities:
- Secure 15-20 client meetings per week , focusing 90% on new business development .
- Build and maintain relationships with core vendors and clients.
- Develop expertise in core products and industry trends.
- Accurately log activities in CRM (NetSuite) .
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets .
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of outside sales experience.
- CRM proficiency (NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc).
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Hunter mentality —driven to prospect and close deals.
- Initiative, resilience, and a strong drive for success .
