Role Purpose Statement The Billing Coordinator will support all accounting related duties including additional administrative tasks. They will make sure accounting principles are followed and confidentiality is prioritized.
Main Accountabilities - Process and organize key account billing and paperwork.
- Process Account payables and Account receivables.
- Tracking and pricing charter bills.
- Reconcile transaction in SAP, APW.
- Perform month end inventory including entering count and order.
- Ordering office supplies and making sure inventory levels are enough.
- Making sure daily billing is accurately entered in the system.
- True and correct invoices in the system and making sure the correct cost center is used.
- Reconcile purchase card transaction to the statement given.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work independently and within a team on special projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Accounting or related feel degree (Preferred).
- Minimum one year billing / materials and/or clerical experience required
- SAP MM experience required.
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
- Must be able to perform in a high stress environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bilingual English / Spanish (Preferred)
