Customer Care Specialist
Location: Covington, GA
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with placing new orders and providing updates on existing orders.
- Answer inquiries regarding the availability of products.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve issues and provide detailed order information.
- Review and resolve customer orders and account-related matters.
Position Details
- Training Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday).
- Work Schedule (Post-Training): 8-hour shifts assigned between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM CST.
- Work Format: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day virtual).
- Start Date: January 27, 2025.
- Interview Start Date: January 15, 2025.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive call center customer service experience is mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
