Customer Care Specialist

Location: Covington, GA
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Join our team as a Customer Care Specialist and make a difference by providing exceptional service to our customers. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment, combining onsite and virtual workdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with placing new orders and providing updates on existing orders.
  • Answer inquiries regarding the availability of products.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve issues and provide detailed order information.
  • Review and resolve customer orders and account-related matters.

Position Details

  • Training Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday).
  • Work Schedule (Post-Training): 8-hour shifts assigned between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM CST.
  • Work Format: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day virtual).
  • Start Date: January 27, 2025.
  • Interview Start Date: January 15, 2025.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive call center customer service experience is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer navigation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
