Simply The Best Pest Control is booming, and we're looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service and Phone Sales Reps to join our growing team! Position Details:
- Location : 25 West Main Street, Clinton, NJ (in-person role)
- Pay : $20 per hour + sales commissions and bonuses
- Schedule : Monday-Friday with Saturdays during peak season
- Benefits : Full benefits and PTO after 60 days

What You Would Do as a Customer Service and Phone Sales Rep:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support, making sure every customer feels valued.
- Grow sales by promoting our services, understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships.
- Work with Field Routes or PestPac software (experience preferred but not required).
- Represent our company's 5-star values and dedication to customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience : Prior sales experience is a plus; Field Routes or PestPac knowledge is preferred.
- Personality : Friendly, positive, and personablea genuine people-person who loves helping others.
- Drive to Succeed : Motivated by sales commissions and excited about joining a rising company.
