Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering solutions in a professional and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently by determining the best solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update internal databases.
