Community Outreach Representative Responsibilities:

  • Promote brand awareness by acting as the face of the brand, effectively communicating its values and benefits to customers.

  • Monitor sales data and report on campaign success, including customer feedback.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve future promotions.
  • Work closely with store managers and other team members to align on objectives and strategies.
  • Keep informed about product features, updates, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Adhere to retail and promotional guidelines, ensuring all activities comply with company standards.
