Hospital: Menorah Medical Center Location: Address: 5721 W 119 th st overland park, KS 66209 Unit Name: Cath/EP lab Building: C Cost Center: 74623 General Information Unit Specifics: · Number of Beds : 2 rooms; 1 EP lab, 1 Cath lab · Patient Ratios : 1:1 · Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2 RNs 3 Techs · Type of equipment : Carto, Claris, Acist · Documentation system: Meditech and Merge Hemo · Scheduling requirements: 5 days a week 7-1530 · On Call Requirements: minimum 12 shifts per month · Floating policy: may be floated within skill set in facility · Hospital Specifics- · Certifications: ACLS, BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Cath lab experience. EP experience. Able to circulate procedure room with minimal orientation. Advanced skills needed: Experience in EP lab AND Cath Procedures performed on unit: Pacamaker, EP study, SVT ablation, loop recorder, PCI, diagnostic cath, TEE, Cardioversion Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS Dress Code : (Required uniform) · Unit provided scrubs, mask, surgical cap
