*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients across various settings, including clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and inpatient environments. This role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans to help patients improve their daily living skills and achieve their therapeutic goals. A strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and experience in pediatrics or geriatrics is essential for success in this position.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their occupational therapy needs.
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
* Utilize therapeutic techniques to enhance patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and home exercise programs.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay current with developments in occupational therapy practices and methodologies.

*Requirements*
* Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and therapeutic techniques.
* Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
* Familiarity with care plans and discharge planning processes.
* Previous experience in a clinic, skilled nursing facility, or inpatient setting is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
