We are currently seeking applicants for a *Chief Medical Officer /Psychiatrist* position for a behavioral health organization we represent based in *Anchorage, Alaska.*

What You’ll Do

* Supervise a collaborative team of medical professionals in a work environment that includes primary care providers, mental health prescribers, nurses and support staff.
* Provide direct client care in an outpatient setting to include performing psychiatric assessments for new patients and providing continuity of care for existing patients.
* Identify medical and psychiatric system issues and develop solutions to identified problems.
* Develop and implement medical/psychiatric policies.

What We Need from You
* You have a medical degree from an accredited medical school and are Board-certified or Board-eligible by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
* You have or are willing to obtain an unrestricted Alaska Medical License and Current DEA certificate.
* You have a desire to work in community psychiatry and/or with chronic mental illness.
