Work Schedule :
100% FTE, Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. You will work at the Junction Road Clinic in Madison, WI.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant :
Who Has:
Strong passion for Endocrinology
Clinical rotations or past work experience in Endocrinology
You will also:
Provide care primarily to patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and/or general endocrine disorders.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in an outpatient setting
Participate in the daily functions of the Diabetes Management Service.
Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients/families with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree from accredited PA Program Required
Licenses & Certifications
Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice Upon Hire Required and
Active PA board certification Upon Hire Required
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire Required
