Your Role as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Rose View, you will:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being.

Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members in delivering resident care.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility protocols.

Document resident care services accurately and timely in patient and department records.

Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and emergencies.

Monitor and evaluate resident conditions, reporting changes to the Director of Nursing (DON) or Unit Manager.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, their families, and your team.

Uphold infection control standards and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required).

Skills:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Commitment to resident care and well-being.

Preferred: Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) for documentation.
