SpineSearch is seeking a Nurse Manager to join a growing Ambulatory Surgery Center, located in Garden City, NY.

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide leadership at in a licensed ambulatory surgery center
* Manage the daily staffing and flow of patients
* Contribute to building the team by helping the nursing staff succeed through mentoring and training
* Work closely with the DON, Clinical Manager, and physicians as needed
* Resolve clinical issues for patients and maintain a positive and helpful attitude
* Utilize effective time management skills to complete assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements:
* Current New York state RN license
* Previous managerial or charge nurse experience at least two years preferred
* Supervisory experience in an ambulatory surgery center required
