*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at our Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for critical care nursing and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

*Duties*
* Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
* Monitor and assess patients' conditions, including ventilator management and airway management
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Perform procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment, tube feeding, and dementia care
* Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record system (Epic)
* Utilize medical terminology effectively to communicate with healthcare team members
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies and procedures

*Qualifications*
* Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or critical care setting
* Certification in MDS is a plus
* Proficiency in airway management and ventilator support
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
* Familiarity with electronic health record systems
* Knowledge of ICU equipment and systems

Pay: $65.00 - $72.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
