My client is looking to fill 1 Full-time Direct Hire Director of Nursing Long Term Care position available in Joshua Tree, California.

· *Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing Long Term Care*

The Director of Nursing at CCC administers the nursing program as a department of the hospital in alignment with the CNO/COO, in order to maintain standards of patient/resident care; advises management, patient/resident care staff and hospital CEO in matters related to nursing service. Recommends establishment or revision of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance in alignment with our client's standards. In collaboration with the hospital CNO/COO, interprets policies and objectives of nursing service to staff and community groups. Develops budgets, integrates with hospital guidelines and complies with Balanced Score Card targets.

*Requirements of the Director of Nursing Long Term Care*

· Associates degree in Nursing, BSN preferred

· 5 years of experience as an RN in a SNF or acute care setting

· 3 years of experience as a nurse manager

· Current RN License

· Current CPR certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $190,000.00 per year
