Job Description for LPN

Full Time: 2nd Shift - 8 Hour Shifts

Part Time: 1st & 2nd Shift - 4-8 Hour Shifts

EOW: 1st & 2nd Shift

$5 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift!!!

87 Bed Facility

LPN will assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

Qualifications for LPN

A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

Current LPN License

Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations

Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
