Trainer Pay – when you have a trainee - is:
a. $ 350 per day training
b. Remain eligible for safety bonus – while training (if you meet safety criteria)
c. Cell phone reimbursement - $ 55/month
d. Retention Bonus

*Pay: Base CPM plus assessorial pay included (when you do not have a trainee)*
* Stop off Pay – Additional $15
* Safety Bonus – Additional .03/per mile
* Productivity bonus- Additional .03/per mile
* Drop/Hook- $5 each, totaling $10
* Live Load/Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40
* Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting)
* Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously)
* $80 dollars per Diem pay
* Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work
* Month Performance Bonus
* Weekly Guarantee Pay Program

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
· Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
· Use relevant technology to support instruction
· Observe and evaluate student's performance and development
· Provide appropriate feedback on performance
· Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development
· Communicate necessary information regularly to students and colleagues regarding student progress and student needs

Pay: $67,473.00 - $71,119.00 per year
