Position Highlights:

Role: Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Salary: $30-$35/hr (depending on previous experience as a COTA/DoR)

Location:

• 2-3 days at Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney, TX
• 2-3 days at outpatient orthopedic clinic in McKinney, Allen, or Plano, TX.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering tailored therapy plans to patients in assisted living and outpatient clinics.
• Guide patients in therapeutic activities to improve daily living skills and independence.
• Observe and document patient progress, communicating changes to the supervising OT.
• Educate patients on using adaptive equipment and techniques to enhance quality of life.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.

Requirements:

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Current COTA license in the state of Texas.
• Passion for helping patients achieve independence and functional goals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
