Salary:

• Salary Range $85,000 to $100,000 annually

Position Summary:

As a Clinic Director and Partner/Owner at PRN Physical Therapy, you will oversee the operations within the 4 walls, management of staff, and strategic direction of your clinic. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional patient care, fostering a positive work environment and culture, as well as driving the clinic's growth and success.

• Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
• Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client
• Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
• Manage schedule and payroll
• Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
• Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
• Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
• Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
