Tallavera is seeking Social Workers in Syracuse, NY. The Social Worker will act as an advocate for children, youth, and families and must have a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work (or another related field).

*Responsibilities of the Social Worker:*
* Demonstrate ability to diagnose and treat children/youth and families
* Provide individual and group therapy, including structured and process groups, within a variety of settings, based on group/client needs and Clinician credentials
* Depending on level of experience, provide clinical consultation and training to staff
* Act as the primary contact for the service plan with the ability to expertly and succinctly communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing.

*Requirements of the Social Worker:*
* Minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work or clinically related field
* Must be licensed eligible and have a limited permit upon hire if applicable based on clinical degree
* Thorough knowledge of services provided, well developed advocacy skills, knowledge and understanding of payment processes for services
* Must have a valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
