*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to assess patient needs, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

*Duties*
* Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition post-surgery, ensuring stability and comfort.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV insertion and catheterization.
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ recovery progress, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding post-operative care and recovery processes.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Perform specimen collection processing as needed for laboratory analysis.
* Assist in procedures such as spinal taps and botulinum toxin treatment when required.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with health regulations.

*Skills*
* Proficient in home care systems and long-term care practices.
* Strong knowledge of internal medicine principles related to post-operative care.
* Excellent IV insertion skills with experience in catheterization techniques.
* Ability to perform specimen collection processing accurately.
* Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment protocols is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective patient interactions.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.

Pay: $60.88 - $65.00 per hour
