*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our clients healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans for diagnostic evaluation, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and aseptic techniques, as well as the ability to work effectively in urgent care and emergency medicine settings.

*Duties*
* Perform CT scans as per physician orders while adhering to established protocols and safety standards.
* Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
* Maintain a sterile environment by applying aseptic techniques during procedures.
* Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure accurate diagnostic evaluations.
* Document patient information and scan results in compliance with medical record standards.
* Assist in the management of equipment maintenance and quality control checks.
* Stay updated on advancements in imaging technology and best practices in nuclear medicine.

*Skills*
* Proficient in performing CT scans with a strong understanding of anatomy knowledge.
* Familiarity with mammography procedures is a plus.
* Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to diagnostic imaging.
* Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine settings is desirable.
* Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare team members.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $2,973.00 - $3,542.00 per week
