Now Hiring: Registered Nurse RN- Director of Nursing DON

Responsibilities:

Define and maintain the standards of nursing practice within the facility.
Ensure the Nursing Department remains in compliance of all local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations.
Participate in surveys and inspections by government agencies.
Complete daily rounds ensuring the residents are maintaining appropriate level of care.
Other duties as assigned by Administrator and Regional Team.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently or part of a group.
Electronic Health Records knowledge.
Knowledgable about long term care regulation
Excellent clinical nursing practice for skills and protocol
Clinical Leadership experience in long term care is required

License:

Must have an Active Registered Nurse RN license to practice in the state of West Virginia.
