There is an expectation within the public accounting industry that from February to March you have to give up all personal life and work all hours under the sun.

This is not true.

At this mid sized CPA firm you won’t be expected to work crazy hours. During the peaks of busy season, you’ll be working 55-60 hours maximum, and you’ll work a much shorter week for the rest of the year. You'll have Fridays off over Summer and you'll be compensated well throughout the year.

You will be joining a collaborative firm with the latest resources and tech, but with the culture of a much smaller firm. No corporate culture here, you'll be treated like an adult and given the tools you need to succeed, alongside the support to thrive both professionally and personally.

We are supporting this firm to hire a couple of Tax Managers and Tax Directors in their Corporate Tax, and Flow Though Entity tax teams.

If you want to make partner, there is a clear path available to you and you will be mentored and supported throughout your journey. As well as your progression, your well-being will be prioritized. You'll get unlimited PTO and several firm-wide shutdowns throughout the year.

You'll be working on a hybrid basis from their office on the North Shore, with a couple of days from the office and the rest from home.

-Tax preparation and review for S Corps, C Corps and Partnerships for a variety of client industries
-Tax planning and research
-Mentoring Junior Members of staff
-M&A work
