*FRONT OFFICE:*
* Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
* Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by efficiently scheduling appointments.
* Keeps patient appointments on schedule by verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to the appointment; preparing necessary documents
* Maintain optimum patient confidentiality and safety.

*BACK OFFICE:*
* Room and take patient vitals
* Review medical history
* Assist the provider with patient care
* Perform other duties as assigned

*Qualifications:*
* Minimally 1 year experience as a MA
* Must love working with children
* Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly (written and verbal)
* MA Certified
* Active CPR
* Bilingual Spanish OR Chinese
