Inclusive Education and Community Partnership (IECP) is a progressive Agency specializing in including children with autism and other developmental disabilities with their typically developing peers in school and community settings. IECP is currently hiring full time and part time Behaviorists (also known as a BII or a Behavior Therapist) to work in schools throughout South Bay and West LA regions that include areas surrounding the airport such as Westchester, Venice, Culver City, Gardena, and El Segundo, Lomita, Lawndale, Carson and San Pedro. *F/T IN SCHOOL Behavior Interventionist - Immediate openings after PAID training!*

*Requirements for the position of Behavioral Therapist at IECP include:*

* Desire to learn, contribute, and make the world a better place
* A foundational understanding of tolerance, respect, and appreciation of human differences.
* Firm belief that children with and without disabilities benefit from being together and shared experiences.
* Bachelors Degree in a related field *(preferred but NOT required),* TB Clearance, and Live Scan Clearance.
* *COVID-19 vaccination not required for this position as of 10/1/23. *
