Location: Smethport, PA | Shifts Available: Nights (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
As an RN Supervisor, you will:

Provide oversight and serve as a resource for direct care staff to ensure high-quality care.
Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Unit Managers with staffing and other assigned activities.
Deliver direct patient care when necessary and/or as assigned.
Assume responsibility for the medication cart in situations where it is warranted.

Qualifications & Skills:

Licensure: Valid RN License or Graduate Nurse Permit to practice in Pennsylvania.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitative facility required.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus, but not required.
Soft Skills:
Empathy and a commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centered nursing care.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lead and mentor staff effectively.
