Overview: The Cardiac Sonographer performs normal and abnormal cardiovascular anatomy/physiology and pathophysiology and must be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of Ultrasound equipment to visualize and record quality images of the structures of the cardiovascular system in accordance with established guidelines and departmental policies and procedures.
