Job Description
*Job Summary*
We are seeking motivated students to join our pediatric healthcare agency. Team Select runs a monthly free LNA in-person training program to help folks begin a new career.
The first two weeks of the program are a classroom education portion in Salem, NH where your attendance is required Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:00pm. The second two weeks are a hands-on clinical training in Derry, NH where your attendance is required Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:15pm.
While these training weeks are unpaid, you do not incur any of the associated costs with becoming an LNA. The education is free, and we cover the cost of applying for your state license, while your first state examination attempt is free. Your required CPR training and TB skin testing are at no cost, as well!
After your NH LNA license is active, you will onboard with Team Select Home Care as an employee. We then work with your location and schedule to match you with a pediatric home care case, where you will provide 1:1 care services. No multiple patients or multiple visits!
Our LNAs are eligible for 50 hours weekly, with 10 hours of overtime pay. Starting pay for this position is $18.00 hourly.
This program offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a clinical setting while applying their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Team Select also offers an LNA Family Program. If you believe your child or loved one qualifies for LNA services, you can become the healthcare professional for them! If interested in a client intake, please call 603-893-9214 and select option 1 to speak with our directors to see if you qualify.
Next course start is Monday 02/03/25, and the following start is Monday 03/03/25.
