The Role:
Work with adults with high behaviors in a Supported Living Home setting
Serve as a voice and advocate for individuals served
Supervise and oversee the activities of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Maintain a caseload of minimum of 24 billable hours per week
Conduct therapy using best practices and implement changes as client needs change
Create Individual behavior therapy goals in accordance with the IEP, PCP, and/or ISP
Collaborate with other therapists to develop ideas for special projects and work as a team to develop and implement those ideas
Attend all agency, department, and client specific meetings as directed
Participate in on-going professional training
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis Therapy
Current BCBA License/Certification preferred
