Now Hiring - Licensed Practical Nurse - Livingston, NJ

Hours: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm Full-Time

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for, but not limited to:

Greets customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Creates a positive first impression. Smiles, projects a positive attitude.
Through the continuous improvement of standards of practice and by providing a safe and secure environment the customer will be assured a sense of safety and well-being, free from risk and harm.
Participates in development of Plan of Care with Registered Nurse and to provide skilled nursing care to patients in need of Home Care services.
The care provided will meet Agency policies, State and Federal Conditions of Participation and JCAHO Accreditation standards.
Accurately documents care provided and maintains patient records according to Agency policies, State and Federal requirements and JCAHO standards.
Assists with Agency Programs. Shares in providing 24 hour 7 days a week coverage to patients.
Available as needed for assignment to meet the changing needs of patient care 24 hours a day; 7 days a week.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Professional Experience:

Current LPN license within the State of New Jersey
1 year of Community Health Nursing
