As a home care Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary that provides rehabilitative care to clients, allowing them to live independently and age in place safely. You will be performing evaluations for cognitive abilities, implementing solutions for disease related challenges & limitations, developing sensory challenges for vision and/or hearing loss and making recommendations for safe living. As part of our Therapy Team, you'll be joining a group of mission-driven professionals who love to collaborate, share ideas and stay connected.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00

Position Qualifications:
Current Minnesota Occupational Therapist license
A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
Solid computer skills: prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Lymphedema Certification preferred
