*Position Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and skilled *Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our team in Willmar, Minnesota. This role offers flexible scheduling options (PRN, part-time, or full-time) within a skilled nursing setting. A full-time role is projected at 35 hours per week and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat patients to improve communication and swallowing functions.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.
* Plan, market, and develop innovative therapy programs.
* Communicate effectively with patients, their families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
* Deliver educational in-services to staff and colleagues.
* Assist in the daily operations of the therapy department.

*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Possess or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
