· *Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist*
* Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments to define the Occupational Therapy care needs, preferences and goals of the participants and actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
* Deliver and document Occupational Therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders and/or as agreed upon in the participants’ care plans including but not limited to the use of devices, techniques, and activities to promote muscle re-education, perceptual-motor and cognitive function, balance, endurance, and other factors affecting the level of independence in performing ADLs

* *Requirements of the Occupational Therapist*

* Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Accredited Program AOTA & ACOTE standards
* Two (2) years of occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population
* Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members preferred
* Registration from National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
* Licensed and/or eligible for Licensure as required in the state of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
