Your Role as an RN Charge Nurse (7a-3p or 3p-11p):

Oversee and lead the nursing team during your shift
Administer medications, treatments, and care as per resident care plans
Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff
Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and clinical procedures

Qualifications:

Current and active RN License
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong leadership, clinical, and problem-solving skills
Compassionate and dedicated to resident care
