*Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a Part Time UA Technician to join their team!*

Monitor’s collection process of client UAs. Document the UA encounter in the client’s electronic medical record (EMR).

*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Collection of UA samples, including mouth swab samples
* Entering results of UAs into Adapt's electronic medical record, additionally enter results into court systems as needed
* Weekly inventory report
* Prepare UA samples for shipment
* Accurately follow and document chain of custody, reporting all deviations when necessary
* Provide emergency intervention when necessary
* Provide a stable environment for adults who suffer from mental health issues and substance use disorders

*Required Qualifications:*

High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in the Human Services field preferred.
