Stamford Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to join their team!

The Physical Therapist, would plan, organize, implement and document specific evaluation & treatment programs for patients of varied ages and disabilities, according to the principles and practices of physical therapy in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Graduate of an accredited curriculum with a minimum of a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. (For individuals who completed appropriate Physical Therapy education prior to 2015, with a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice or proof of license eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree or greater in Physical Therapy will be accepted in lieu of the Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.)
Must be licensed by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
New graduate may be considered.
BLS certification required
