*Position Overview*
We are seeking a *full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)* to join our team at a hospital-based setting in Pocahontas, Iowa. This position offers a diverse caseload, including both inpatient and outpatient services, within a close-knit, community-based hospital.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT).
* Complete accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
* Communicate effectively with patients, their families, physicians, and team members.
* Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the therapy department.
* Assist in the creation and implementation of new therapy programs.

*Qualifications:*
* Associate’s degree (A.A.) in Physical Therapist Assistant.
* Possess or be eligible for state licensure as a PTA.
