*Job description*:

Successful, multi-location medical practice seeking an experienced *Medical Office Manager*. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded person with outstanding communication skills and experience leading teams. We are looking for an individual who is a self- starter and is comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks. The Office Manager must possess a calm and reassuring demeanor to our patients and staff.

*Responsibilities include but not limited to*:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that plans and procedures are executed in a smooth and efficient manner
Maintaining efficient scheduling and practice flow to enhance patient experience
Recruiting, training and coaching
Actively providing operational guidance and support for all staff members within the Practice
Efficiently balance exceptional customer service while maintaining back office inventory, assisting with pre and post-op patient care, and various other duties

*Minimum Job Qualifications:*

At least 3-5 years of medical management experience
Flexible, enthusiastic, and self-directed
Possess great people skills with a professional demeanor, outgoing personality and ability to interface with patients
Can speak Russian or Polish is a plus
