Experienced orthodontic dental assistants are encouraged to apply, as we offer competitive pay based on skills and experience. Starting pay is $19/hour for those new to the field, with higher compensation for qualified candidates with dental assisting experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficiency.
* Prepare, sterilize, and maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
* Take dental x-rays and impressions, following all safety protocols.
* Educate patients on orthodontic care, including the use of retainers and proper oral hygiene techniques.
* Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.
* Foster a positive experience for patients through excellent care and communication.

*Skills & Qualifications:*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent patient care.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

*Preferred Experience:*
* Previous orthodontic assistant experience is a plus.
* Familiarity with orthodontic procedures, terminology, and equipment is preferred.
