Position Details:

Location: Onsite near Prince Frederick, MD
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-Time (K-12 Caseload)
Hourly Pay: $45 - $54(based on experience)
Caseload: Details will be discussed in an interview with the Director of Special Services

Requirements:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
Active MDSchool Psychologist license (or eligibility for licensure)
Knowledge of evidence-based assessment, intervention, and consultation practices in schools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students academic, behavioral, emotional, and social needs
Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support student success
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments
Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
Participate in school-wide programs promoting mental health, positive behavior support, and academic achievement
Maintain thorough and accurate records of all services provided
