ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated School Psychologist for a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position. This full-time role offers the flexibility of working from home while making a significant impact on students' mental health and academic success. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own tax filings and other financial matters.

In this role, you will conduct psychological assessments, provide virtual individual and group counseling services, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create personalized interventions that support the academic and emotional well-being of students.

Core Responsibilities:

Administer psychological assessments remotely to evaluate students' needs
Provide virtual counseling and mental health services to students individually or in groups
Collaborate with educators and staff to develop strategies for student success
Assist in the creation and execution of IEPs for students with special needs
Provide interventions for students experiencing crises or mental health challenges
Communicate with families to ensure students receive the support they need
Stay informed of best practices and trends in school psychology

Required Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Valid Delaware School Psychologist Certification (or eligibility)
Previous experience as a school psychologist preferred
Strong skills in psychological assessments and virtual counseling
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
