*OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST - PARKVIEW HEALTH*

Position is eligible for a sign-on bonus! Relocation Assistance is also available.

*Schedule:*
* Hours: 40hrs a week
* Shift: Days
* Weekends: None

*Qualifications:*
* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree if graduated before 01/01/2002.
* Master’s degree required if graduated after 01/01/2002.
* For international candidates, a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
* Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice within 90 days of employment.
* CPR certification is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
* Must maintain all certifications and licensure in accordance with expiration dates.
* American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) membership is preferred.

*Additional Requirements:*
* Valid driver’s license required if assigned to drive a company vehicle. If driving a personal vehicle, proof of insurance is required in addition to a valid driver’s license.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds, assist with 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds.
* Willingness to work at various locations as assigned.
